Effective today Thomas Fred Herkommer (55) has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at DOLL Fahrzeugbau GmbH. He is going to manage the company together with Chief Financial Officer Mark Toschek.
Mr. Herkommer has long-standing experience in managing companies within the commercial vehicles sector and is well-known as an expert for process optimization. “I am delighted that we have been able to engage Thomas Fred Herkommer as he is an excellent and experienced industry expert. We will leverage his talents along with the talents of our highly motivated employees to meet our ambitious targets”, says Mark Toschek.
DOLL’s situation has improved substantially following the takeover by Private Equity firm CMP in September 2014. The order intake in the last quarter exceeded expectations across all business units. “We enter 2015 with confidence. Our goal is to achieve revenue growth of 10 %” explains Mark Toschek.
