The date for your diary will be Friday 27th March 2015, organised in conjunction with the Heavy Transport Association (HTA), The Heavies will seek to reward those organisations (large or small) making a significant contribution to the effective and efficient running of the UK heavy and abnormal load industry.
Hosted by Quentin Wilson, TV personality, motoring journalist and campaigner for Fairfuel UK, The Heavies will celebrate the achievements of the industry operators, escorters, industry figures, policy makers, buyers and suppliers; recognising innovation, outstanding service, efficiency and quality. To win or to be shortlisted shows that you have achieved the very highest standard, as judged by an international panel of industry experts.
Old friendships are rekindled and new ones forged as guests and award winners get together to talk about the wonderful and important industry that means so much to everyone involved, whilst networking amongst the most influential decision makers responsible for running the industry.
