Enerpac Gantry Crane Transported to Poland

The four giant beams of the Enerpac Over Head Travel Crane (OHTC), the world’s largest offshore gantry crane, are prepared for transportation from Hengelo in the Netherlands to the Crist shipyard in Poland. Each beam weighs 72 tonne.

The OHTC will feature on a heavy lift jack-up barge being built by Crist for construction of a 5,400 m offshore highway on Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean, by French consortium Bouygues Travaux Publics, VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Dodin Campenon Bernard and Demathieu Bard Construction.
