Nooteboom MANOOVR: ground-breaking technology

Nooteboom MANOOVR: ground-breaking technology

The MANOOVR generation of Nooteboom makes its debut at the next BedrijfsautoRAI, staged from 20 to 24 October in Amsterdam. The MANOOVR is a completely new development and its load floor height of just 780mm in combination with a permissible axle load of 12 tonnes makes it so unique that by now a patent has been applied for it in the Netherlands. It was designed with just one goal in mind: the best specification in the market on all the key points. And they succeeded: the Nooteboom MANOOVR is in all respects superior to semi-trailers with any type of independent suspension.

Exceptional performance
The new semi low-loaders, based on the MANOOVR technology, are at the time of the launch available with 3 to 10 axles. The newly developed suspension offers a permissible axle load of 12 tonnes throughout Europe – including the Netherlands. Combined with a 780mm load floor height, 500mm suspension stroke and a steering angle of up to 70 degrees, the MANOOVR is the ultimate solution for every operator in abnormal transport.

The MANOOVR is revolutionary due to its simplicity, requires very little maintenance and is light. The semi low-loader is perfectly aligned at any ride height which contributes to a very long life for the tyres. Combined with the high residual value of Nooteboom trailers this keeps the running cost per kilometre extremely low. These important advantages offered by the MANOOVR induced various customers to already purchase this new Nooteboom semi low-loader when it was still on the drawing-board. This is the power of Nooteboom: well thought-out, robust, innovative and above all: developed to exactly meet the requirements of the many loyal Nooteboom customers. The MANOOVR: a world first at the BedrijfsautoRAI that will add a new dimension to special transport.
